Investigated and repaired a faulty light fitting connection which was causing the fuses to trip. Dealt with efficiently and quickly with fair and clear pricing. Very happy.

Chad carried out an EICR and associated remedial works for me, including installation of a new consumer unit that had to be relocated to another room. He and his team were all thorough, hard working and tidy and I’m really pleased with the result. One of the team even spotted a boiler leak I wasn’t aware of, so I was able to sort that before it caused any problems. The team had to come back a few times for various things, and Chad was always patient and responsive. I’d definitely use them again for any electrical work.

Chad’s team completed a partial rewire, fitted a new fuseboard and fitted spotlights in the hallway. There were various issues that were no trouble for the team and my dad was extremely impressed with the politeness, efficiency and cleanliness of the team. Will definitely use them again.

Chad always responds quickly. I needed some light fittings & switches changed and Electrical Safety Test done on a property I’m going to be renting out. There was quite a lot of work that was needed to bring the electrics up to standard in order to achieve a satisfactory level to get the safety certificate issued. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess. Everything was explained to me in detail. Can’t recommend enough.

We’ve just used Brightspace for what I think is the 4th time. They are now our go-to electricians in the area and I would not consider anyone else. Chad and his team are consistently and reliably responsive to enquiries, kind and clearly very good at what they do. Whether it’s been a large job like wiring our garden office, or a smaller job installing a data cable using an underfloor space, they’ve always completed it on time, at a very reasonable price and with none of the mess that others would leave behind! Nothing seems to be technically too difficult for them which gives a lot of confidence! We will definitely use them again

Chad came round to quote quickly and on the day of the works the guys turned up on time and kept me updated. The job was carried out really neatly and I was very happy with the new lights and sockets at the end of the garden. Steve took time at the end of the job to show me the fuse boards and told me what to do if anything tripped. Really nice guys, polite and prompt and tidy

Chad arrived on time. Did the work in the agreed time period. Was polite and answered all my questions. Left the property clean and tidy having agreed the next phase of report and work to be carried out. He’s a keeper.

Installed a new house alarm system with additional siren, doorbell and floodlight camera plus installed a few other new lights (internal and external) Wasn’t actually the cheapest quote I received for the job but Chad listened carefully to what I wanted and fully briefed me on my options, obstacles and any alternative ideas. I knew the quality of work would be well worth the extra money and I wasn’t wrong. Had full confidence in him and just let him get on with it. Very neat very clean very professional and completely fuss free. 10/10 – wouldn’t hesitate to recommend at will definitely keep his number for any future work.
